Annville, Pa. (Nov. 21, 2019) - Alvernia University placed seven student-athletes on the MAC Fall Sportsmanship Team, as announced on Thursday by the Middle Atlantic Conference.
Senior
Tyler Barrett and junior
Cassandra Renhert earned All-Sportsmanship honors for Men's and Women's Cross Country. Junior
Emily Hart was selected for Field Hockey, and sophomore
Ryan Long was selected for Football. Receiving the honor for Men's and Women's Soccer was senior
Cody Hart and junior
Katelyn Schoener, respectively. Senior
Erika McKee rounded out Alvernia's selections as the honoree for Women's Volleyball.
The Fall MAC All-Sportsmanship Team recognize student-athletes who exemplify great character and demonstrate the act of sportsmanship both on and off the field. These student-athletes were selected by the head coaches from their respective teams. They represent their team, institution and the conference with high integrity, and exhibit respect for themselves, teammates, coaches and opponents.
