Wilkes Barre, Pa. (Sept. 28, 2019) - Leah Kemper and Elizabeth Danovich advanced to semifinal action for Alvernia University at No. 6 and 7 singles respectively at the Middle Atlantic Conference Women's Tennis Individual Championships Saturday at the King's Indoor Tennis Club.

Kemper won her first and second round matches in straight sets at No. 6 and will face Sabrini Ricciardi from DeSales in the semifinal on Sunday morning.  Danovich had a first round bye at No. 7 and earned a 6-0, 6-1 win in the quarterfinals. She will face Joilin Gomez from Stevens in the semifinal on Sunday.
