Stenzel Leads Alvernia on Day Two of The Battle at Bulle Rock

Harve de Grace, Md. (October 15, 2025) - Senior Rylee Stenzel finished in a tie for seventh place to lead Alvernia University Wednesday at The Battle at Bulle Rock at Bulle Rock Golf Club. 

How it Happened 
  • Rylee Stenzel recorded two pars and a birdie on her first nine holes with a birdie on the 17th but bogeys and a few big numbers hampered her back nine as she shot a 46 on the back. Stenzel then recorded two more pars and a birdie on the eighth hole but more bogeys saw her card a 43 on the front nine and an 89 on the day. Stenzel finished with a two-day total of 171 and in a tie for seventh place. 
  • Cassidy Miksich finished in a tie for 12th place and recorded a round two score of 89. Miksich recorded just three pars on the day and a birdie on the par three 12th but bogeys and a few big numbers plagued her round as she recorded a 47 on the front and a 42 on the back nine. Miksich finished with a two-day total of 179. 
  • Grace Spielman rounded out the scores for the Golden Wolves on Wednesday and recorded a 94 on day two to finish in 16th place. Spielman recorded four pars on the day and carded a 48 on the front nine and a 46 on the back nine. Spielman finished with a two-day total of 184.

  • Alvernia is back in action on Sunday and Monday when the Golden Wolves travel to York for the Spartan Shootout at Royal Manchester Golf Links in the final tournament of the fall.
