Golden Wolves Compete at Susquehanna Spring Invitational

Hummels Wharf, Pa. (April 11, 2026) - Alvernia University competed at the Susquehanna Spring Invitational Saturday afternoon in women's golf action at Susquehanna Country Club.

Alvernia's Cassidy Miksich led the way with a top ten finish and posted a score of 86. Miksich carded a 42 on the front nine with pars at two, three, five and nine. She then started her back nine with a string of bogeys and big numbers but figured it out and carded three pars in her final five holes to post a 44 on the back nine and card a 86 on the day. Miksich finished in solo tenth place.

Rylee Stenzel carded a 96 on the day and finished in a tie for 29th place. Stenzel carded a 49 on the front nine and tallied pars on the third and eighth holes. Stenzel then tallied three pars on the back and posted a 47 on the back nine and a 96 overall.

Grace Spielman rounded out the scores for the Golden Wolves and carded a 97. Spielman carded a 51 on the front nine but bounced back with a 46 on the back nine and pared the 11th and carded a birdie on the par five 17th. Spielman finished in a tie for 31st place.

The Golden Wolves head to Kutztown tomorrow for the Kutztown Spring Invitational at Moselem Springs Golf Club.
