Miksich Takes Third, Leads Golden Wolves at Home Invitational

Mohnton, Pa (October 7, 2025) - Alvernia University hosted its annual home fall invitational at LedgeRock Golf Club Tuesday afternoon in women's golf action. 

How it Happened 
  • Cassidy Miksich finished in a tie for third place with a nine over 81 on the day. Miksich recorded four pars and a birdie on the front nine but also recorded four bogeys to card a three over 39 on the front. Miksich tallied a 42 on the back nine after four pars and birdies on the tenth and 18th but she recorded two big numbers that hampered her round and saw her post an 81 on the day. 
  • Rylee Stenzel finished in a tie for 19th on the day and recorded a round of 91. Stenzel recorded a par and one birdie on the front nine which came on the par four fifth after sinking a 40 foot birdie putt. Stenzel then recorded three pars on the back nine and carded a 46 after posting a 45 to finish with a 91. 
  • Grace Spielman rounded out the scores for the Golden Wolves and finished in a tie for 24th place with a score of 94. Spielman recorded three pars on the front nine to card a 45 and then recorded a 49 on the back nine to post a 94 on the day.

  • The Golden Wolves are back at it next Tuesday when they travel down to Bulle Rock Golf Club in Harve De Grace, Md. to host the Battle at Bulle Rock on Tuesday and Wednesday.
