How it Happened

  • Both teams went scoreless over the next three innings before the Golden Wolves pulled within two, 4-2, in the top of the seventh inning after Harold Ivery III recorded a sacrifice fly to center and scored Evan Thomas
  • The Golden Wolves were able to get a few runners on base in the top of the ninth but were unable to push any runs across as Heidelberg secured the 4-2 victory over the Golden Wolves.
