Reading, Pa. (April 7, 2025) - Alvernia University softball senior Brooke Hauck was named the MAC Commonwealth Softball Player of the Week for her performance during the week of March 31 - April 6, 2025.

Brooke Hauck batted .500 for the Golden Wolves on the week, going 7-for-14 with seven runs scored and seven RBIs. In a doubleheader against Misericordia on Tuesday, Hauck combined for 3-for-7 with three runs scored and an RBI. Hauck then had a career-day against Eastern in a MAC Commonwealth doubleheader on Saturday. In game one of the day, Hauck hit two home runs - including a grand slam - going 2-for-3 with two runs scored, six RBIs, and a walk. Hauck then went 2-for-4 in game two with two runs scored.

Softball is back in action on Thursday at Franklin and Marshall College.
