Golden Wolves Compete at Day Two of MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championship

Grantham, Pa. (May 1, 2026) - Alvernia Women's Track and Field competed at day two of the 2026 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championship on Friday at the campus of Messiah University.

Britney Anyia took fifth place in the high jump to land on the podium for Alvernia and lead the Golden Wolves on Thursday. Anyia cleared 1.51 meters to secure her fifth place finish. Anyia also had a top-ten finish in the long jump, taking ninth with a mark of 5.09 meters.

Paige Jerrahian took tenth place in the 800m with a personal-record time of 2:22.74. Addy Gularte took 11th in the 400m with a personal-record time of 1:00.99. She also took 16th in the 200m with a time of 27.55 seconds. Rivera posted a personal-record in the 100m with a time of 13.25 seconds. Elisabeth Schwarz took 12th in the 100m with a season-best time of 13.03 seconds. Brooke Hall closed out Alvernia's personal-records on Friday with a time of 17.56 seconds in the 100m hurdles.

Alvernia's 4x100m relay team of Samantha Wallace, Alani White, Giavanni Gibson, and Remiah Rivera took tenth with a time of 52.4 seconds.
