Immaculata, Pa. (Mar. 26, 2007) – Alvernia College swept all nine matches, including six matches without losing a game, for a 7-0 win over Immaculata University Monday afternoon in Pennsylvania Athletic Conference men’s tennis action at Immaculata.

            Zach Lockwood (Reading, PA/Conrad Weiser) and Dave Emkey (Wyomissing, PA/Holy Name) cruised to straight set, 6-0, 6-0 victories at No. 1 and No. 2 singles respectively and Kyle Levengood (Fleetwood, PA/Brandywine Heights) and Dave Schaeffer (Pottstown, PA/Pottstown) posted similar victories at No. 4 and No. 5 singles.

            Alvernia will return to action when it hosts Neumann College Wednesday for the start of an important stretch of PAC matches.
