Annville, Pa. (April 15, 2010) - Lebanon Valley College (7-5, 2-2) jumped out to a 3-0 lead after doubles play and split the singles for a 6-3 win over Alvernia University (3-6, 1-2) Thursday afternoon in Commonwealth Conference men's tennis action at Lebanon Valley.

Senior No. 1 Zach Lockwood (Reading, Pa./Conrad Weiser) earned a 1-1 victory for the Crusaders, Jed Spangler (Somerset, Pa./Somerset) earned a straight set victory at No. 3 singles, as did Nathan Bauer (Washington, N.J./Warren Hills Regional) at No. 5.
