Reading, Pa. (Apr. 16, 2013) - Alvernia University (8-8, 4-2) defeated crosstown rival Albright College (3-9, 1-3) by an 8-1 final Tuesday afternoon in Commonwealth Conference men's tennis action at Albright.

The Lions needed a tiebreaker at No. 3 doubles to take their first point of the match and keep it close, 2-1, after doubles play, but the Crusaders dominated singles play winning all six matches for the 8-1 final.
