Reading, Pa. (Apr. 2, 2014) - Alvernia University (4-7, 1-0) earned two out of three doubles points then took five of the six singles matches for a 7-2 win over Albright College (3-3, 0-1) Wednesday afternoon in Commonwealth Conference men's tennis action at Angelica Park.

Dennis Sult (Newburgh, N.Y./Newburgh), Dan Minnich (Palmyra, Pa./Lower Dauphin), and Aaron Yuros (Pottstown, Pa./Pottsgrove) were solid at the top of the lineup.  Sult and Minnich teamed for an 8-1 at No. 1 doubles and all three won in straight sets in singles play.

Alvernia returns to action Saturday at Lycoming.
