Reading, Pa. (April 15, 2024) - Alvernia University Baseball senior Mike Ramundo was named the MAC Commonwealth Baseball Player of the Week for his performance during the week of April 8-14, 2024.

Ramundo batted .550 with 11 hits - including seven extra base hits, five RBIs, 10 runs scored, and four walks. He also had 13 putouts and five assists in the field. Ramundo's week was capped off on Sunday with a performance that saw him hit for the cycle in a 28-5 win over Stevenson. Ramundo also had three hits and two runs scored in a win over TCNJ, and added another two hits and two runs scored in a setback to Arcadia on Wednesday. Ramundo went 2-for-3 in the first game of the Sunday doubleheader with a run and an RBI before hitting for the cycle and scoring five runs in game two.

Baseball is back in action tomorrow at Rutgers-Camden.
