Personal Bests Fall at Alvernia’s Winter Invitational

Reading, Pa. (January 17, 2026) - Six personal best times fell at the Alvernia Winter Invitational on a snowy Saturday afternoon in women's indoor track and field action at Alvernia's Tom and Helen Flynn PLEX.

Britney Anyia, Paige Jerrahian and Ashley McClintock all recorded top seven finishes and five Golden Wolves recorded personal best times in their respective events

How it Happened

Paige Jerrahian recorded a personal best time in the 800m with a time of 2:26.65 and finished in seventh place. Jerrahian bested her previous PR by over a second.
Ashley McClintock also recorded a personal best and did so in the 5,000m with a time of 20:46.86 and also recorded a 7th place finish.
Britney Anyia recorded the best place finish for the Golden Wolves with a sixth place finish in the high jump with a mark of 1.5m. Anyia was 0.05m off her personal best mark of 1.55m.
Brooke Hall saw two personal bests fall on Saturday with a 0:30 time in the 200m and then shattered her personal best in the 400m by five seconds with a time of 1:10.62 in the 400m.
Cassidy McClune and Julia Polaski rounded out the Golden Wolves that saw personal bests fall and both did so in the 1 Mile. McClune recorded a time of 7:24.24 in the mile and Polaski posted a time of 7:27.22.

The Golden Wolves are back in action next Saturday when they travel to F&M for the Coach I Invitational.
