East Stroudsburg, Pa. (January 24, 2026) - Alvernia University's Macenzie Hunter recorded a third place finish to lead the Golden Wolves Saturday at the Pennsylvania Collegiate Women's Championships hosted by East Stroudsburg University. 

Sophomore Macenzie Hunter led the Golden Wolves at the championships with a third place finish in the 180 pound bracket after recording a victory by fall in 33 seconds over ESU's Zoey Lake in the third place bout. 

Also joining Hunter on the podium was Kathryn Berger with a sixth place finish at 145 pounds, Remiah Rivera posted a fifth place finish at 110 pounds and Kayla Maldonado took fifth in the 207 pound weight class.
