Golden Wolves Take on Danny Curran Invitational

Chester, Pa. (March 28, 2026) - Alvernia Women's Track and Field posted four new personal records on Friday and Saturday at the Widener University Danny Curran Invitational.

Brooke Hall took nearly 1.5 seconds off her 100m hurdle PR on Saturday with a time of 17.94 seconds. Samantha Wallace set a new PR in the 200m with a time of 28.73 seconds, and Addy Gularte opened up her season with a PR in the 400m off a time of 1:05.32. Paige Jerrahian capped off Alvernia's PRs in the 800m with a time of 2:23.24 for a 16th place finish.

Britney Anyia was Alvernia's top finisher of the day, taking tenth in the field of 52 in the long jump with a mark of 5.19 meters. She also took 11th in the high jump with a mark of 1.50 meters.

Alvernia is back in action on Wednesday at the York Twilight Invitational.
