In the second game, Alvernia jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first inning thanks to two bases-loaded fielder's choices.  They took the 5-0 lead in the third with a bases-loaded two-RBI single from Briana Coan (Bay Shore, NY/Bay Shore) and an RBI-single from Aly Shilling (Blue Bell, Pa./Christopher Dock).  Alvernia added two more in the fourth with an RBI-double from Danielle Kitchen (Saylorsburg, Pa./Pleasant Valley) and a McKenna RBI-single.

Albright got one back to make it 7-1 in the bottom of the fourth on a solo homerun, but Alvernia answered with four runs in the top of the fifth with RBIs from Penk and Galanti to make it 11-1.  But the Lions managed three runs in their half of the fifth to extend the game.
