Reading, Pa. (Oct. 9, 2014) - Alvernia University defeated Penn State-Berks, 7-2, Thursday afternoon in non-conference men's tennis action at Berks.
The Lions were able to stay close early by sneaking out a win at No. 2 doubles, 9-8 (8-6), but the Crusaders took control of the match with wins by
Dan Minnich at No. 1 singles and
Aaron Yuros at No. 2 then three straight set wins at No. 4-6.
The Crusaders head to the Middle Atlantic Conference Individual Championships this weekend.
