Grantham, Pa. (Apr. 21, 2014) - Messiah College (6-6, 5-0) locked up the top seed in the Commonwealth Conference Men's Tennis Championship with a 7-2 win over Alvernia University (8-8, 5-1) Monday afternoon.
Alvernia its first point with a win at No. 1 doubles and
Dennis Sult (Newburgh, N.Y./Newburgh) earned a point at No. 1 singles.
The conference championships begin next Wednesday with Alvernia and Messiah hosting semifnials.
