St. Davids, Pa. (Oct. 21, 2015) - Freshman
Emily Gilbert shot 90 to lead Alvernia University to a 428 team total and fifth place out of seven teams at the Eastern University Women's Golf Fall Invitational Tuesday afternoon hosted by St. Davids Golf Club.
Fellow freshman
Jordan Kissner shot 110, junior
Marisa Lombardo made her first collegiate start and shot 111, and freshman
Emily Sabo shot 117.
Gilbert posted a 7-over 42 on the front nine with five bogies and a double then shot 48 on the back with three doubles. Kissner had nines of 51 and 59 while Lombardo went 50-61. Sabo shot a 60 on the front then posted 57 on the back nine.
Alvernia is done for the fall seaosn and will return to action next Spring.
