Grantham, Pa. (Apr. 16, 2016) - Messiah College (6-6, 3-0) collected wins in No. 2 and No.3 doubles en route to a 7-2 victory over Alvernia University (4-8, 2-2) in MAC Commonwealth Men's Tennis action Saturday afternoon at Messiah. 

The Crusaders held strong in the first flights, claiming No.1 doubles and singles. Luke Hangen paired with Reid Hoff in the first match of the day, taking an 8-6 victory. Hangen then struck again in singles play, battling back after losing the first set to take the next two 6-3, 6-4. 

Alvernia continues MAC Commonwealth action on Wednesday, hosting Stevenson at 3:30 pm.
