Fagley And Chung Lead Alvernia At Lebanon

Both Shoot 80 To Lead Golden Wolves To 336

Lebanon, Pa. (Apr. 1, 2019) - Luke Fagley and Kyung Chung both posted 8-over 80s to lead Alvernia University to a 336 team total and a tie for fifth place out of 10 teams at the Lebanon Valley College Spring Invitational hosted by Lebanon Country Club.

Fagley was consistent on his day posting four bogeys and five pars on both nines to post matching 40s. Chung was a bit more up and down starting on the second hole with a par then playing the next seven holes in 7-over before playing the final 10 holes of the day in 1-over with two bogies and a birdie.

Joe Polidoro shot 85 and Jake Duffy rounded out the counting scores with a 91.

Lebanon Valley cruised to victory in its season opener placing three players in the top four spots and shooting 306 to beat second place Eastern by 12 strokes.

LVC senior David Herbst shot even par 72 to earn low medalist honors.

Alvernia is back in action at home on Tuesday when it hosts its Men's and Women's Spring Invitational at Ledgerock Golf Club.
