Gombar Leads Alvernia At Lafayette Show

Harmony Township, N.J. (October 18, 2023) - Alvernia University posted a seventh place finish at a show hosted by Lafayette College on Sunday at the Top Notch Equestrian Center.

Evelyn Gombar led the Golden Wolves with a second place finish in the Pre-Novice Flat and advanced to the Novice Flat event.

Christiana Walko recorded the second best finish for the Golden Wolves with a fourth place finish in the Limit Flat while riding Eclipse. Both Thanea Redrovan and Carissa Foster posted fifth place finishes in their respective events with Redrovan taking fifth in the Pre-Novice Flat with Andy and Foster taking fifth in the Introductory Flat with Trinity.

Ashleigh Leinbach recorded a seventh place finish in the Limit Flat with Prince and Emma Hackett finished eighth in the Intermediate Flat with Lefty.

The Golden Wolves are back in action on Saturday when they travel to Bloomsburg University for a show at Ridge Road Stables.
