Golden Wolves Compete at Bridge Acres Show

Lancaster, Pa (April 20, 2024) - Emma Hackett and Abbie Miller led Alvernia University Women's Equestrian on Saturday as they competed in a show at Bridge Acres Stables in Lancaster.

Hackett took home victories in two events, Miller grabbed first place in Thoroughbred Hunter and four other Golden Wolves earned ribbons on Saturday.

Hackett took first place in Novice EQ with a score of 30. Hackett bested Skarlett Robertson by six points to earn champion honors. Hackett then won the Novice Medal with ten points in the event to secure two champion honors on the day.

Miller took home champion honors in Thoroughbred Hunter while riding "All That Jazz" and won with a 26 point performance. Miller also received a ribbon while riding "Subway".

Ashleigh Leinbach received a ribbon in Modified Hunter Pony while riding "Screen Kiss" and Karis Howell and "Chess Peace" also earned a ribbon. Evelyn Gombar wrapped up the ribbon honors for the Golden Wolves with a ribbon while riding "VM Rosetti".
