Four Golden Wolves Earn All-MAC Commonwealth Honors

Reading, Pa. (Nov. 13, 2025) - A total of four Alvernia Men's Soccer student-athletes earned All-MAC Commonwealth honors for their performances during the 2025 season, as announced by the Middle Atlantic Conference on Thursday.

Evan Solley, a graduate student, earned First Team All-MAC Commonwealth as goalie. Senior Connor Kraycik was named Second Team All-MAC Commonwealth as a forward, and Eli Klinger, also a senior, earned Second Team All-MAC Commonwealth as a midfielder. Senior Austin Chambers earned All-MAC Commonwealth honorable mention as a defender.

Evan Solley, a graduate student, put a bow on a fantastic career for Alvernia, finishing his time as not only the Alvernia career leader in saves, but also ending his career as the active saves leader across NCAA Division I, II, and III with 412 career saves. Solley added 92 saves to his career line this season, averaging 4.8 saves per game. He finished the season with three wins, seven ties, and four shutouts. He also finished the year with a 1.78 goals against average and a .742 save percentage. Solley ranked second in the conference in saves per game, third in shutouts, and led the conference in total saves. This is Solley's fourth All-MAC Commonwealth honor. He earned honorable mention in 2022, was First Team All-MAC Commonwealth in 2023, and earned honorable mention again in 2024. 

Connor Kraycik, a senior, started and played in 18 games for Alvernia. He led Alvernia with 11 points this season off of a team-high five goals and one assist. Kraycik finished the season with 52 total shots, 20 of which went on goal. He was 1-for-1 on penalty kick attempts. He also scored two game-winning goals, including against Widener in the penultimate game of the season. This is Kraycik's second All-MAC Commonwealth honor. He also earned Second Team All-MAC Commonwealth honors as a forward in 2024.

Eli Klinger, a senior, played in 18 games this season, making 17 starts. Klinger finished the year with eight points on three goals and two assists. His eight points ranked him second on Alvernia in total points, and his three goals also ranked him second amongst the Golden Wolves. Klinger finished with 20 shots on the year and finished the year with a .600 shot on goal percentage with 12 shots on net. Klinger also went 1-for-1 on penalty kick goals, converting an opportunity in a win over Penn State Brandywine. This is Klinger's first All-MAC Commonwealth honor. 

Austin Chambers, a senior, led Alvernia with 1,617 minutes played across all 19 of Alvernia's games. Chambers finished the year with a team-high three assists. He helped anchor Alvernia's defensive efforts this year as Alvernia finished the season with four shutouts and held opponents to 1.74 goals per game and a .102 shot percentage. This is Chambers' first All-MAC Commonwealth honor.

Alvernia finished the season with an overall record of 3-9-7, and a MAC Commonwealth record of 1-3-3.

Stevenson's Gianfranco Vitella was named the MAC Commonwealth Offensive Player of the Year, and York's Dylan Marco was named MAC Commonwealth Defensive Player of the Year. Hood's Adam Labows was named Rookie of the Year. The staffs of both Hood College and Stevenson University earned Co-Staff of the Year.
