Golden Wolves Wrap Up 2026 MAC Indoor Track & Field Championships

Reading, Pa. (February 28, 2026) - Christian Medina and Spencer Hahn led Alvernia University on day two of the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor Track & Field Championship hosted by Alvernia at the Tom and Helen Flynn PLEX.

Christian Media led the way with a fourth place finish in the shot put with a personal best mark of 14.66m. The mark bested his previous personal best by 0.27m.

Spencer Hahn was the only other Golden Wolves to record a top eight finish and recorded a fifth place finish in the 800m with a time of 1:57.32.

Joel Thomas and Quinn Harter both tallied personal best finishes in the triple jump with Thomas posting a mark of 12.80m and Harter recorded a 12.34m mark. Thomas's mark saw him finish in 11th place.

The Golden Wolves are back in action next Saturday when they travel back up to New York to the Armory Track & Field Center for the AARTFC Indoor Track & Field Championships.
