Reading, Pa. (Aug. 31, 2012) - York College (1-0) defeated Ursinus College (0-1) by a score of 1-0 this evening in Women's Soccer Crusader Cup Tournament action at Alvernia's Schlager Memorial Field.  York pulled ahead for good in the 55th minute and Ursinus managed just five shots all game to York's nine.

Elizabeth Bunn was assisted by Clare Chatham on the lone goal of the game, a header that came directly off a corner kick and floated just over the outstretched Ursinus goalkeeper.  With the win, York will face Alvernia - the 2-0 winner over Gwynedd Mercy College, in the Crusader Cup championship game tomorrow at 4pm.  Ursinus will meet Gwynedd Mercy in the consolation bracket.
