Grantham, Pa. (Dec. 3, 2021) - After the opening day of competition, Alvernia University leads the Messiah University Petrofes Invitational by 8.5 points with 10 wrestlers still competing going into day two on Saturday.

The Golden Wolves sit at 97.0 points, and McDaniel sits in second with 88.5 points out of 17 schools competing. 

There are 10 Golden Wolves still alive going into Saturday morning, including eight athletes still competing towards the championship bout. 

Full results of each Alvernia wrestler are below. The second and final day of the Petrofes gets underway tomorrow morning at Messiah.
