Golden Wolves Take On Widener Invitational

Chester, Pa. (April 22, 2023) - Alvernia Men's Track and Field competed at the Widener Invitational over the weekend in one of the final tune-ups before the regular season concludes next weekend.

Alvernia was led by Zackary Wendel who secured a new school record in the 800m with a personal record time of 1:56.48. James Henry took 61st in the same event with a PR time of 2:04.80.

Quinton Foley also posted a PR for Alvernia with a time of 11.56 to take 28th in the 100m.

Anthony Roselli wrapped up Alvernia's PRs on the event with a 5,000m time of 16:07.54 to take 61st place in the event.

Alvernia Track and Field is back in action on Saturday, April 29 at Shippensburg in its final event before the MAC Championship.
