Reading, Pa. (July 22, 2026) - Six Alvernia University women's lacrosse players earned IWLCA Academic Honor Roll recognition for their performance in the classroom during the 2026 spring season as announced by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association on Wednesday.
The IWLCA honored 1,350 student-athletes from 174 different institutions on the 2025–26 IWLCA Division III Academic Honor Roll. To be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.50 or greater.
Below are the names of the student-athletes selected for the honor, along with their class, position, and major.
Gracie Brower (Jr., A) – Health Care Science/Physical Therapy
Victoria Gonzales (Jr., D) – Occupational Therapy
Cailyn Hawley (Sr., D) – Biology/Physician Assistant Studies
Lindsay Kerchner (Jr., A) – Communications
Kayleigh Kight (Sr., D) – Psychology
Hannah Tyler (Jr., M) – Nursing
Women's lacrosse was also one of 357 schools across all divisions selected as a 2026 IWLCA Honor Squad. In order to qualify, the team must have posted a 3.2 or higher team GPA for the 2025–26 academic year.
