York, Pa. (April 12, 2021) - Luke Fagley's four-over 76 paced Alvernia University to a sixth place finish with a team score of 320 on Monday at the York College Invitational, hosted by the Country Club of York. 

Fagley finished t-7th on the day to lead the Golden Wolves. Fagley finished with four pars on the front nine, and added a birdie on the par four eighth. He then started out his back nine with two straight pars before a bogey on 12. He then had a par on 13, but got it back with a birdie on the par 5 14th. He shot one-over the rest of the way to finish 4-over on the round.

Jake Duffy finished second for Alvernia and t-16th overall with a round of 80. Duffy shot a 5-over par on the front nine, but rebounded with a 39 on the back nine for a two stroke improvement. 

Kyung Chung finished third for Alvernia and t-23rd overall with a round of 81.

Jack Lynam rounded out Alvernia's counting scores with a round of 83 for a 33rd place finish. 

Alvernia returns to action on Friday at Iron Valley Golf Club at the MAC Preview, hosted by Lebanon Valley College.
