St. Pierre Leads Alvernia at Lehigh

Lehigh, Pa. (Dec. 2, 2023) - Alvernia Men's Track and Field had four top-eight finishes on Saturday as sprinters and throwers for the Golden Wolves competed at the Lehigh University Mountain Hawk Opener.

Luke St. Pierre was Alvernia's top finisher on the day after taking 6th place in the 200m with a time of 23.72 seconds. St. Pierre also took seventh place in the 400m with a time of 53.53 seconds.

Following a 7.11 second performance in the 60m preliminary heat, Jack Short took eighth place in the finals with a time of 7.21 seconds.

Alexander Witmer was Alvernia's top finisher in the field with a seventh place finish in the shot put. Witmer took seventh with a mark of 14.09m.
