Golden Wolves Close Out 2025 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championship

York, Pa. (May 3, 2025) - Alvernia Men's and Women's Track and Field closed out the 2025 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championship on Saturday on the campus of York College.

Men's Track and Field took 12th overall with 18 points, and Women's Track and Field took 14th with 11 points.

Alvernia finished the 2025 MAC Outdoor Championship with three All-MAC honorees and six podium finishes.

Saturday Podium Finishers
Spencer Hahn was Alvernia's top-finisher on Saturday, taking second in the 800m. Hahn finished just 0.08 seconds off of first place and set a new personal and program record with a time of 1:52.27. He bettered his qualifying time by over two seconds and his previous personal-record and program record by over a half of a second.

Brandon VanSchaick took eighth in the 110m hurdles with a time of 18.72 seconds to finish as Alvernia's second and final podium finisher of Saturday.

Of Note
Women's Track and Field had two 11th place finishers on Saturday. Isabella Lesko took 11th in the javelin with a throw of 31.56m The Women's 4x400m relay team of Addy Gularte Caitlin Sternberg, Paige Jerrahian and Rosnelly Sanchez De Aza took 11th with a time of 4:13.86 to close out the meet for Alvernia.
