Eric Pettit was a standout in a line of players who fill the stat line for Alvernia Baseball.  He was 3-time All-PAC First Team.  He is still listed in the career top 10 in 12 different categories.  He played for 2 PAC Champions, made 2 NCAA appearances, 1 ECAC appearance and he—along with Zach Lutz--were recently named to the CSAC Baseball 25th Anniversary Team.
 
For his career, Pettit batted .406 in 151 games.  He is fourth in career hits with 220, had 173 runs scored, 26 home runs, and 164 RBIs.
 
After graduation Pettit continued to work for the Olivet’s Boys and Girls club.  He also started his career working for a Berks County Engineering Firm where he still works today.  He is married to Alvernia alum Le’Tasha Pettit.  They have three children, Jayvian, a biochemistry major and baseball player at a junior college in Alabama, Nataliyah, an accomplished actress and model and Cameron.
 
Pettit continued playing baseball after college in the Quad-County Baseball League until 2012 and recently in a local 28 and older league.
