Rolland Green played baseball at Alvernia from 1985 to 1988.  He played two years for current head coach Yogi Lutz and was a member of the first 20-win Alvernia team in 1988.  Rolland was one of the first in a line of dominant pitchers to wear the Maroon and Gold.  He still holds the career records for complete games with 14 and career strikeouts with 267.

Since graduating from Alvernia, Rolland bought a Thomas English Muffin and Arnold Break franchise which he has owned for the last 23 years.  He and his wife, Doreen, have two son at PA State Schools.  Jared is a senior at Kutztown and Branden is at East Stroudsburg.

Rolland has been the head coach of the Fleetwood baseball team for the past 22 seasons.  He guided the Tigers to a District III Runner-Up and State Quarterfinalist in 2008, and earned what he considers their most important win in 2012 when the Tigers won the Berks county title ending a 42-year drought.
